About Jeonse & Justice

This project is an in-depth investigation of South Korea’s ongoing housing crisis, with a focus on rental housing policies. It examines the intentions behind key government initiatives as well as the controversies and tensions they have generated. Through a combination of policy analysis, survey data, and interviews, the project explores how various demographics perceive the issue and its broader implications for social equity. It concludes with proposed policy solutions aimed at improving equitable access to housing across South Korea.
